Property Manager

Job Description

Our client is a reputable, stable, commercial real estate firm that is local, and focus is office highrises, looking for a dynamic Property Manager.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate must have minimum of 3-5 years of commercial property management experience.

Yardi experience is required

Individual must have exceptional organizational skills.

Effective oral and written communication skills

Strong administrative and clerical skills

Working knowledge of accounting and finance

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer/office technology

Responsive, friendly, positive attitude towards clients, tenant, vendor and coworkers

CAM Rec and Lease administrative experience

Must be able to work int he office daily this is not a remote position.

DUTIES:

Assist with day-to-day operations of office buildings, class A highrise

Tenant and vendor relations

Property-Invoice Coding and Approval

Distribute invoices properly based on assigned workflows.

Code all Property related invoices and review for accuracy.

Create and send Tenant Bill Backs

Prepare annual property budgets.

Works within the confines of the property’s budgets throughout the year, Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Reconciliation Responsibilities
