Commercial/Residential Bilingual Cleaner

Job Description

Bilingual must speak English and/or French/Spanish

Duties and Responsibilities (Residential)

Use approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces

Dusting

Vacuuming

Sweep and mop the floors

Emptying Trash

Floor stripping, waxing, and buffing

Window and glass cleaning

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms (including disinfecting fixtures and surfaces, restocking supplies)

Sweeping and mopping

Dusting

Vacuuming

Polishing woodwork

Wiping down table

Sanitation Worker Requirements and Qualifications

Ability to communicate and read labels in English

Bilingual must speak English and/or Spanish/French

Some cleaning experience required

Attention to detail

Physical stamina

Must have reliable transportation
