Job Description

Applying and respecting the Standardized Work Instructions at each workstation; Carrying out cockpit assembly for the specific workstation(s) with the required quality and according to the production standards within cycle.

Rotate workstations as needed, per ACT Leader and or Supervisor.

Improving effectiveness by using and applying ACT Standards.

Attending daily TOP 5 meetings.

Taking part in the improvement process.

Training of new assembly workers upon request.

Following local health & safety regulations.

Following shop floor rules: PPE must be worn, No food, no phones, no headsets/headphones, long hair must be tied back.

Reading actual information on the different boards.

Responsible for ensuring product quality (AUTOINSPECTION). Identify defects such as gloss, shine, gap, scratches, etc.

Responsible to hold only one screw at a time when performing tightening. If dropped, always pick up dropped screws from floor.

Communication of all problems with product or workstation to the ACT Leader or Supervisor.

Apply 5S standards, keeping the workstation clean and tidy, and being responsible for the tools and installations at the workstation.

Responsible to clean and organize the related workstation in case of line stoppage.

Being available to cover possible absences by request from the Supervisor, including other shifts.Company Description
