Capex and Expense management制定并跟踪管理所辖部门的预算
Develop KPIs for the responsible departments based on the company's annual goals and supervise their completion.根据公司年度目标制定所辖部门的KPI 并监督完成
Participate in product development planning and engineering related work throughout the entire lifecycle from the quotation stage, ensuring the accuracy of all products related technical data from samples to mass production. 从报价阶段开始参与产品开发的策划及整个生命周期内工程技术相关的工作 确保从样件到量产所有产品相关技术数据的准确性
Participate in the mold development process to ensure that all previous experience can be applied to new molds and work closely with mold suppliers to gradually build up WPC's own mold development capabilities. 参与模具开发过程 确保所有以往的经验可以应用在新模具上 与模具供应商紧密合作 逐步建立WPC自己的模具开发能力
Manage all documents related to production technology according to system requirements, be responsible for document formulation, review and update, and ensure the accuracy and real-time of production site documents. 根据体系要求对公司所有生产技术相关的文件进行管理 负责文件的制定 审核和更新 确保生产现场文件的准确性和实时性
Supervise the management of spare parts required by each department to ensure the accuracy of the ledger.监督所辖部门对各自需要的备品备件进行管理 确保台账的准确性
Responsible for the daily management of the CTC team, ensuring the transformation of new project drawings, prototype delivery and the completion of experimental tasks.负责CTC团队的日常管理 确保新项目图纸转化 样件的供货以及实验任务的完成
Responsible for the daily management of the mold team, leading and supervising the daily maintenance and repair of molds, reducing and even eliminating downtime caused by mold abnormalities.负责模具团队的日常管理 带领并监督模具的日常保养及维修 减少直至消除因模具异常引起的停机
Responsible for the daily management of the equipment and facilities team, leading and supervising the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, ensuring that they operate in good condition, reducing and even eliminating downtime caused by equipment and facilities abnormalities. 负责设备设施团队的日常管理 带领并监督设备设施的保养及维修 确保设备设施在良好的状况下运行 减少直至消除因设备设施异常引起的停机
Responsible for the development of all mold and production related software and hardware suppliers, providing technical bidding documents that meet WPC requirements, and responsible for the technical part of supplier bidding. 负责所有模具 生产相关的软硬件供应商开发 给出符合WPC要求的技术招标文件 并负责供应商招标的技术部分
Lead Continuous Improvement projects and teams in the development and evaluation of process capability (Statistic Process Control), process control plans, analysis of out-of-control conditions. 领导持续改进项目和团队进行过程能力的开发和评估(统计过程控制) 过程控制计划 失控情况分析
Lead the team to complete the self-made equipment in the improvement project.领导团队完成改进项目中可自制的设备
Position Requirements
Years of Experience in the positions:本岗位工作经验
More than 3 years of maintenance or design experience (at least two out of three options for equipment, facilities, and molds, all with the best) 3年以上维修或者设计经验 设备 设施 模具至少三选二 全有最佳
At least 5 years’ experience in equipment or tooling team management. 5年以上设备设施或者模具团队管理经验
More than 10 years of technical experience in the mechanical or automotive industry in total. 总计10年以上机械或汽车行业技术相关经验
Qualifications/Requirements:资质/要求
College degree or above with mechanical, automation or electrical relevant major;机械 自动化 电气相关专业本科或以上学历
Excellent organizational skills as well people and performance management; 出色的组织能力和人员绩效管理能力
Practical experience in TPM implementation;有TPM的实践经验
The ability to set priorities and discipline in daily work; 能够在日常工作中分出轻重缓急并遵守公司规定
Experience on spare parts management; 有备品备件管理经验
Lean concept and execution experience;有精益生产的理念和实践经验
Be able to work under pressure; 能够在压力下工作
Requires MS Office skills; 能够熟练使用微软办公软件
Data analysis ability.具有数据分析能力.
Basic cost and financial acumen有基本的成本及财务敏感度
Low cost automation equipment design experience is preferred.有低成本自动化设备公司工作经验者优先
