Your Role:

Labeling design and maintenance, track label release progress to meet request from RM, Marketing, quality, GHS and global request.

Build packaging material specification by working closely with global team, make packaging sample with local vendor and conduct test.

Work with global team to make carton box artwork to comply with global branding request.

Identify and implement cost saving initiatives related to packaging materials, labor, efficiency, transportation, and storage.

Transfer projects support, working close with marketing, planner, quality, and production team to ensure packaging and labelling on time delivery.

Build validation plan to work close with validation team and quality team.

Production line packaging and labelling issue support.

Provide technical support for quality issues.

Other tasks support to operation.

Who you are:

Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or above in in packaging engineering, or related majors.

Working Experience: At least 3 years’ working experience in packaging of automotive or healthcare or life science area.

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

GMP and ISO9001:2015 knowledge, Pharma or Life Science background as plus.

Good project management skill with new product transfer experience.

Ability to work effectively across the matrix organization interacting with different functions.

Fluent English with written and verbal communication skills.

Be familiar with MS Office Tools and related packaging design applications.
