Your Role :

Build up master production schedule to achieve the customer requirements through demand, capacity, and inventory management.

To maintain and fine-tuning finished goods planning parameters to keep reasonable inventory level.

Apply Merck Methodology to production plan management.

Fine-tuning SAP parameters setting to support the deployment of Merck Methodology in inventory optimization.

Analyze and handle the inventory and slow-moving items to improve inventory turnover rate.

Prepare and adjust production plan according to the project orders / forecast, materials status, process capability and production capability.

Work out daily production plan based on customer requirements.

Monitor the implementation of the production plan and drive the right production direction.

Set up and review short-term and long-term production capacity, analyze and solve problems to ensure the execution of an achievable production plan.

Analyze Order to delivery on daily basis.

Analyze all inventory on weekly basis.

Analyze data and make relevant production report like production efficiency, include conversion cost analysis.

Communicate and cooperation with global and other departments from time to time for the fulfillment of customer's orders.

Ability to grow with the position and participate in the team development that will support the expansion of the activity.

Take charge other SAP MM related responsibilities to ensure site projects and operations under a well execution.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree and above, 5+ year SAP related working experience.

Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Good communication skills with team-work mindset, initiative and willing to learn.

Strong knowledge of MRP, SAP, APO.

Fluent English in spoken and written, familiar with office software (Excel, PPT etc.)

Strong experience of production plan and inventory management.
