Your Role:

Overall responsible for site daily operations by covering safety, quality, service/delivery, team development, and financial results. Ensure resources and perform effective governance to site operational activities.

Drive safety-first mindset and strong EHS culture for site operations. Continuous improvement on all site EHS matters.

Proactive compliance with all internal & external EHS & Quality & HR regulations, policies, and requirements.

Ensure all operational activities are carried out in line with related certifications, approved specifications for manufacturing processes and products, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Define and execute appropriate investment in plant, ensure that the facility meets appropriate standards.

Ensure a sustainable and reliable products supply to business team and customers. Meet related service measurements. Establish an effective communication and collaboration mechanism with key stakeholders.

Fully deploy OpEx system and methodology into site daily operations. Drive best practices and continuous improvement in all functions.

Develop site strategic plan and roadmap program, govern the efficient execution to support business.

Well collaborate with project team, and fully participate into strategic investment project for new site setup and related process/new products transfer.

Be responsible for other operations and project related tasks to ensure ISCO strategy well execution.

Who you are:

Education: bachelor’s degree and/or above in Science or Engineering majors

Working Experience:

Requires extensive professional manufacturing experience (minimum of 10-15 years as a guide) including substantial managerial experience in diverse roles

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing plant leadership role.

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

GMP and ISO9001:2015 knowledge, Pharma or Life Science background as plus.

Good project management skill with new product transfer experience.

Ability to work effectively across the matrix organization interacting with different functions.

Strong leadership characteristics, ability to attract, motivate and retain talent.

Excellent English skills with written and verbal communication, strong leadership attributes.

Be familiar with MS Office and related applications
