Job SummaryManage and drive brand/portfolio for growth and profitability

Job Description:1.) Provide input for regional consumer insights and approve research plan to address country consumer knowledge gap. 2.) Set the strategy for the brand and execute to drive share of market with profitability. 3.) Fully lead cross functional team and align stakeholders to deliver portfolio innovation projects and make recommendation for future projects and identify trade off where necessary 4.) Confidently lead briefing process with agencies and oversee entire communication development process to achieve robust output 5.)Lead and challenge to achieve strong execution plan and propose resolution to arrive at agreed JTBDs of category/portfolio 6.) Ensure brand P&L strategy. Manage brand annual budget and making budget allocation choices to deliver brand performance
