Job Title: General Manager - Corrugated Box Packaging Facility, GA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall performance and profitability of the GA-based corrugated box packaging manufacturing facility.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Implement business strategies aligning with company goals and vision.

Foster a high-performance team culture and drive organizational change initiatives.

Spearhead continuous improvement aligned with strategic direction.

Develop partnerships for facility growth and manage key commercial relationships.

Enhance production efficiency to meet divisional goals.

Collaborate across departments (Sales, Logistics, Production, Safety, and Quality) for optimal customer service.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Business or Engineering preferred.

7+ years in management, with 5+ years in operations/production in the relevant industry.

Proven financial management skills.

Track record of effective team leadership and transformational change.

Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences.

Capacity to quickly adapt to new challenges and information.
