Denver Health & Fitness - the leading health & fitness club in the Denver, NC area. We are looking to add to our amazing customer service and sales team. Denver Health & Fitness is looking for people who have a positive attitude, tremendous work ethic, and love being part of a team.

This person will be trained to assist with club tours, membership sales, front desk coverage, and other miscellaneous duties. It's critical that the person filling this role be responsible and provide a first class customer service experience to all members, staff, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Enthusiastically greets each members and guests promptly using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure to and from the club.

Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.

Personally checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures.

Monitor check-ins to identify delinquent accounts and notifies and works with the member to correct the issue.

Support the promotion of our DHF Core Values by engaging with members on the club floor, delivering aid, and expressing encouragement in their fitness journeys, all while upholding club regulations.

Address member issues and escalate matters to a Manager when necessary.

Offer courteous phone assistance, aiding callers with their questions.

Carry out tasks related to memberships, including registrations, updates to contact/billing information, cancellations, collecting outstanding balances.

Conduct calls and tours for potential members, evaluating their membership requirements.

Complete retail transactions accurately and work towards achieving sales objectives.

Address member concerns and escalate if required to a Manager.

Consistently keep front desk area, facility, locker rooms and restrooms clean and tidy, restocking as needed.

Regularly perform thorough walkthroughs of the club; promptly rectify any safety/policy breaches and attend to cleanliness issues.

Quickly manage maintenance and facility concerns, including broken or missing equipment such as dispensers, leaky faucets, and fixtures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Provide exceptional customer service to our current member base

High achiever who works extremely well with a team.

Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members.

The ability to maintain calm while handling multiple tasks is a benefit to successfully perform duties

Keeping up the cleanliness of the facility

Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include holidays and weekends

Health & Fitness minded people preferred. Useful to participate and interact with our members on a fitness level.
