Client Communication Specialist

Job Description

SMS Staffing is hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Client Communication Specialist in the Grayslake, IL area. If you are looking for growth in an organization then look no further!

COMPENSATION: $18 - 22 per hour based on experience!

1st shift - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Overtime hours as needed.

About the Role:

Be the front-line communication for the assigned client

Research and assist internal and external clients with our “one-call resolution” expertise

Interact daily with our Account Management / Operational Teams

Set our Logistics Team up for success, providing parameters for order direction and packing requirements

Generate reports pertaining to inventory, shipment tracking, and order history

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 Years of a call center experience or 2 -3 years of Client facing environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Intermediate proficiency in Excel
