Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with cGMP, Quality Systems Regulations, WIs, SOPs, and Health & Safety Requirements.
Provide clear, accurate, documentation of each phase of production process on batch card.
Handle prepared raw materials, verify correct chemicals added to batches, and report any discrepancies.
Operate efficiently in a team-oriented environment to support department goals.
Ensure compounding area is clean and organized.
Work on special projects as required.
Education and Qualifications Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years relevant blending or compounding experience in Health & Beauty, Food, or Pharma industry.
2+ years’ experience operating Forklift.
Familiar with inventory control using RF scanner.
Basic computer skills for email and data entry.
Must read, write, and speak in English.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to work independently, in a team-oriented environment, and willingness to assist and train others.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. frequently.
