Q2 has managed many Institutional Support Services (ISS) contracts in Washington for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Department of State (DOS), and the Department of Defense (DOD).

For these contracts and with the many Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Platform projects Q2 continues to implement, we deploy digital technologies to enhance knowledge management and integrated management information systems. This is key to enhancing management and technical strategies.

POSITION SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

The QED Group, LLC (dba Q2 Impact or Q2) will pursue the R-LEAD project and encourages people who want to work on this project to send their Curriculum Vitae.

The R-LEAD project will build off the many advances made by the Knowledge, Data, Learning, and Training (KDLT) project. Q2 has been a prime or sub-contractor of KDLT for three iterations of the KDLT project for over 12 years. The new R-LEAD project will provide REFS with support services for:

Learning, Evaluation, Analysis, and Data

Research on high-priority topics such as optimizing food production in different regions and climates, value chain logistics, distribution system breakdowns, and trade in food analysis

Training design, delivery, and management

Surge support recruiting and staff administration

Building an integrated Bureau-wide knowledge and information management system

POSITIONS:

Q2 Impact expects they will need to place people with the following expertise and specializations into positions such as those that follow:

Chief/Senior Program Director, with at least 15 years of experience managing bureau support contracts and/or institutional support services contracts

Deputy Program Director, with at least 15 years of experience managing bureau support contracts and/or institutional support services contracts

Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Senior Program Evaluation Specialist

Senior Learning Specialist

Senior Data Analyst

Agricultural and Environmental Policy and Research Specialists

Knowledge Management and Integrated Information Systems Specialists

Mid-Level Evaluators, Learning Managers, Data Analysts, and training managers

Recruiting support and surge staff administration managers

People with all levels of education – bachelors, masters, or doctorates – should apply and send CVs.
