Human Resources Intern (June 3 - August 9)

Job type: Internship (Part-time - 20 hours a week)

The 2024 Summer Internship begins Monday, June 3, 2024 and continues for ten weeks ending on Friday, August 9, 2024.

Responsibilities:

The intern will perform general Human Resource tasks and research HR matters as requested

HR Analysis

Assist with Rigil Training and LMS platform

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team

Prepare and develop documents in MS Office and presentations with PowerPoint

Handle confidential HR related information

Other special projects as requested

Data entry and ResearchSkills needed:

Pursing Bachelors or Masters degree in related discipline or 1 year demonstrated experience in school work, internships, or jobs

Prior experience in human resources is required

General HR knowledge and coursework experience

Familiar with database systems and common HR applications

Solid organization skills and attention to detail

Written and Verbal Communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time wisely
