Job Title: Saw Operator and Machine Operator

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay: $18 an hour - DIRECT HIRE

Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision

Shift: First Shift

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate saws to cut materials such as wood, metal, or plastic.

2. Read and interpret blueprints or work orders to determine the necessary cuts.

3. Adjust saw blades and machine settings to ensure accurate cuts.

4. Monitor the sawing process to ensure that cuts meet quality standards.

5. Inspect materials for defects before and after cutting.

6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience as a Saw Operator or similar role.

- Knowledge of different types of saws and their uses.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
