Our client is a distinguished practice in Beverly Hills, CA, led by a nationally recognized doctor specializing in advanced medical procedures done in the office. They are in search of a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead their sales team and drive patient acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new patients to the practice. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Patient Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing patients, providing detailed information about procedures and services.

Team Management: Hire, train, and oversee the sales staff's performance, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the latest advancements and skilled in customer service.

Collaboration with Medical Staff: Work closely with medical staff to ensure a comprehensive understanding of services and procedures for accurate patient communication.

Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales data, prepare reports for management, and adjust strategies to meet targets.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

* Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in healthcare, cosmetic surgery clinics, dental clinics, ophthalmic clinics, dermatology clinics, fertility clinics, weight loss surgery centers, orthopedic clinics, home health care, specialized hospitals, medical spa clinics, hearing aid suppliers or similar fields.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experienced medical or pharmaceutical sales representative looking to shift from the field to a strategic inside sales role.
