Main purpose of the Role
Portfolio and Project Management Governance: Help enable the best use of company resource by the following: (1) Act as process owner for corporate portfolio and project management governance and methodology; (2) Actively participate in prioritization of corporate portfolio of endeavors (projects and initiatives)
Corporate Strategy Reporting and Analytics: (1) Develop and maintain corporate strategy and industry / market share dashboards; (2) Track status vs key corporate financial and non-financial metrics. Flag green-yellow-red trends, to prompt indicated action as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Governance
Establish portfolio and project management governance and methodology. Formalize in playbook. Cascade to key stakeholders. Update as needed.
Help drive institutionalization of portfolio and project management governance across the organization, especially for projects with high impact and materiality to achievement of entity’s Strategic Plan.
Actively participate in the Strategic Plan process, specifically in the prioritization and ELT approval of corporate portfolio of endeavors (projects and initiatives).
Ensure that portfolio and project management tools are in place and utilized as per project management governance and methodology. Eg: (1) Corporate Portfolio Inventory; (2) Portfolio Repository for X0 to X4 documents.
Conduct Quality Assurance to review the adequacy of documentary requirements based on portfolio and project management methodology. Escalate and influence compliance across stakeholders as needed.
Ensure compliance with Group Standards #12, Portfolio and Project Governance. Where applicable, ensure action points raised by Risk and Internal Audit related to portfolio and project governance process and methodologies are completed.
Strategy Reporting and Analytics
Corporate Strategy Data Management and Reporting: Create and maintain corporate strategy dashboards, reflecting status, trends and insights pertaining to material financial and non-material metrics. Highlight green, yellow, green flags to prompt indicated action as needed.
Industry and Market Share Reporting: Create and maintain industry and market share reporting
Prepare corporate reports for the CEO and Chief of Staff to be used for key external or internal stakeholders as needed (Eg. MBTC, GT Capital, AMO, ELT SLT meetings)

Project Management Professional (PMP)
