Special Projects Maintenance Worker Indeed

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Special Projects Maintenance Worker to join our team.

The Special Projects Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

This position will focus on special projects, renovations, and upgrades throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities: Execute special projects related to renovations, upgrades, and maintenance initiatives.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.

Conduct inspections to identify areas requiring attention and propose solutions.

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Assist with installing and troubleshooting equipment and fixtures.

Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of supplies.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements: Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
