Assistant Field Execution Manager

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales target

Monitor KPIs, Review & prepare action plan

Monitor marketing / visibility program execution efficiently to increase sales

Control over monthly operation expenses

Develop FE. Supervisor skills up to company standard

Build relationship with store management level

Implement standard process as MTTU principle.

Provide monthly market review

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields

At least 3-5 years of experience in OT. Execution or Sales supervisor

Good communication skill

Good planning and managing performance of self and team

Good relationship building and teamwork

Work well under pressure

Able to work in upcountry

Computer literature in Microsoft Office

Fair command in English
