Physical Therapist - Colorado

This clinic located in Garfield County, along the Colorado River, is an outpatient focused facility. We want a Physical Therapist who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best treatment experience around, and someone who is ready to grow their career.

Qualifications / Requirements for Physical Therapist:

Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association

Current Licensure for the practice of physical therapy in Colorado.

Experience is a plus but not required

Position Summary for Physical Therapist:

Provide Physical Therapy to patients

Create Individualized Care Plans for each client

Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care

Grow relationships with staff and the community you support

Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection

Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
