Location: 2820 Princess St, Kingston ON (Kia) Compensation: $18-$20 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and Rotating Saturdays What You Will Be Doing: Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets What You Bring to the Table: Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred Track record of accomplishing targets Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively High school diploma Fluent in English (verbal and written) High energy Motivated So why work for us?
