50,000 - 100,000Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes
Clearly articulate automotive repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and auto mechanics
Establish processes for tracking diagnostics and system repairs, maintaining up-to-date manufacturer specifications, and more
Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system
Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairsQualifications:
Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory
Automotive service technology training program completion or equivalent years of experience is required; associates degree is a bonus
Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred
GED or high school diploma is mandatoryAbout Company
