Job Description
Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an entry level sales position. This position is full time, scheduling appointments or calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews. Part time employment opportunities are also available for sales representatives looking to improve their selling techniques and increase commissions. This position offers a base salary + commission opportunities.
With our insurance office's extensive customer care work, a successful sales structure and our amazing products and services, you will be set up for success.

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
A Property & Casualty license and/or Life & Health is preferred but will train good individual.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
