Job Description
The position of an Onsite Account Manager is a highly trustworthy position responsible for providing direct oversight to the performance of work as defined by the individual contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance
Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Maintain effective communication with the Customer (Point of Contact), with Human Resources staff and with Contract Manager.
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
Keep log of active employee rosters
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Warehouse On-site Account Manager
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
