We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This individual will be responsible for handling heavy phone volume, entering service calls, dispatching information to technicians and various office duties.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound Customer Call

Record Customer's location and Customer's issue

Prepare a service ticket for Service Technicians

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, call centers or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Prefer individuals who speak both Spanish and English

Must type 45-60 wpm

Must be dependable

Ideal candidate should live within a 20 mile radius of office
