Paralegal

Job Description

Experienced Paralegal (7 years) with preference for civil litigation. Plaintiff experience preferred but not necessary.

· Support two attorneys-Senior partner and one associate

· Handle communication with clients, witness etc.

· Gather medical records from treating providers

· File documents with the Court

· Administrative support and attend trials

· Prepare case briefs and summary deposition, interrogatories, and testimony

· Conduct investigation and documentary research

· Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars
