Spa Manager

Job Description

The Spa Manager is responsible for our salon’s day-to-day operations which includes tasks such as: schedule management, guest services, employee staffing and management, marketing, sales, banking and cash management, and monitoring inventory.

Guest Satisfaction: Ensure consistent branded experiences across all locations. This requires tech performance monitoring, guest feedback, surveys and more to improve the brand experience.

Facilities Management: Work with vendors to manage any and all repairs and maintenance for facilities

Marketing/Sales: Reach set sales goals through marketing for assigned locations. Marketing and sales activities include email, social media, in person and referral marketing activities.

Human Resources: Develop relationships with local beauty schools and competitors to source potential new employees. Manage interviews and onboarding of all new team members. Meet with team on a regular basis to discuss updates and initiatives on a quarterly basis. Monitor staff performance and work with Department Manager to deliver performance improvement plans, if necessary.

Profitability: Manager follows budgets for front desk staffing, household supplies, professional supplies and retail supplies to maximize location's profitability.

Daily and Monthly Reporting: Managers oversee all daily closeout tasks and manage any discrepancies to report operational performance on a daily level, inventory audits and purchase orders on a monthly level.
