Premier Electrical Staffing is looking for our newest rockstar recruiter to join our Virginia Team!

Premier is the largest electrical only recruiting company in the country. We have developed a system of recruiting and screening qualified candidates that has grown the company leaps and bounds. We are looking for talented recruiters willing to learn and grow with Premier.

Job Summary:

The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a qualified and diverse pool of talent.

Duties/Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

· Develops, identifies, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process, recruiting methods, and strategies based on the open roles, and client needs.

· Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

· Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.

· Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.

· Schedules interviews; prepares interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

· Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews.

· Collaborates with the sales and hiring managers to place the top talent in open positions.

· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities of the Recruiter:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for various roles.

· Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excel knowledge is a bonus.

· Ability to multi task while identifying and properly prioritize tasks

Education and Experience:

· At least two years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.

· High School Diploma/GED
