Job Description
We are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorney's business needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage client cases and prepare all case documents
Conduct research to support legal proceedings
Assist in Court and with mediation
Draft and review legal documents
Manage attorney's calendar
Assist with daily office tasks
Qualifications:
Two years of experience in family law in Florida
Collaborative experience preferred
Proficiency in Divorce Power Analyzer software (DPA)
Familiarity with legal research databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must have high recommendations from previous employer
