The Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator provides direct, day to day administrative support to the Facilities Manager and managers the front desk.
Manage the reception desk including, answering all incoming phone calls and greeting visitors
Monitor Envoy calendar for visitors in Headquarters and our Tampa Office
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies and placing orders
Assist with any UPS shipments
Help with new hire desk set ups weekly
Create badges for new hires/ current employees when needed
Send out facilities communications
Allocate invoices
Ensures the appropriate building signs are up for holidays
Assist with tenant request or issues
Help with Marketing Events when needed
Assist with projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2 years of office experience
Proficient with Microsoft office suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to act with urgency
