Job Description:

Ron Scott Design Build is seeking a Draftsperson that is proficient in Chief Architect CAD Software to join our team. This position is open for hybrid work, and we welcome applicants from Ohio.

Responsibilities:

Experience in Chief Architect CAD software to create detailed architectural designs and plans.(THIS IS A MUST)

Collaborate with builders, architects, engineers, and other team members to develop design concepts and solutions.

Generate accurate and precise drawings according to project specifications and requirements.

Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback and changes in project scope.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Chief Architect CAD software.

NKBA Principles

Experience in architectural drafting and design.

Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating drawings.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Reliable internet connection and computer equipment for remote work.
