Roles and Responsibilities
Check foot straps for ESD compliance as needed
Follows ISO process sheet for the operation.
Adheres to all quality and safety guidelines
Participate in performance feedback
Using tweezers, solder extractor, solder iron, hot air pencil and hot air reflow, will rework printed circuit boards per specifications
Must be detailed and meticulous in work and able to solder precisely
Will be knowledgeable of rework aids: solder braid, flux, flux-core solder, solder paste isopropyl alcohol
May use visual aids to rework board
Will keep records in quality system, i.e. parts tracking, defect locations and specific issues with the boards
Enters scrap information into quality system
Additional duties as necessary

Able to successfully complete position certification course (IPC-610 Certification)
