Job Details:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team within the Commercial Construction industry. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and finalization of our projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial construction projects and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality services. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish, including design, construction, and handover.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is performed according to plan.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformity to design specifications and safety standards.

Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.

Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Sr Project Manager role within the Construction industry.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent ability to manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure projects are completed within budget.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in project management software.

Ability to travel as needed to construction sites.

Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
