Sasta Bazar is a leading provider of Pakistani and Indian groceries, specializing in a diverse range of products including rice, flour, oils, snacks, drinks, health, and beauty supplies. At Sasta Bazar, we take pride in offering a wide selection of certified Zabiha halal meat cuts, including poultry, beef, goat, and lamb. With a strong presence in the physical market, we are now expanding our reach by venturing into the online domain. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead the establishment and management of our online store, ensuring a seamless integration with popular food delivery platforms like DoorDash, Instacart, and Ubereats.

Responsibilities

• Deploying and, managing our online sales, ensuring efficient operation, and maximizing sales opportunities online

• Developing and managing the creation of our online store, ensuring a user-friendly interface, and collaborating with developers and designers.

• Managing inventory levels and ensuring stock availability for online customers.

• Supervising store staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

• E-Commerce Website Developing a dedicated website for Sasta Bazar, ensuring it meets industry standards and provides a seamless shopping experience.

• Curate and update our product catalog, ensuring accuracy and reflecting inventory changes.

• Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Able to understand basic Hindi or Urdu language

Must be availaible to join onsite

Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the grocery or food industry.

Strong understanding of online store development, app development, and integration with third-party platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting
