Base salary range for Finance and Administration Tech starts at $50,000 / year

Responsibilities:

Perform account reconciliations

Perform inventory reconciliations

Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Manage the suppliers accounts (payables)

Enter transactions in the various accounting software

Ensure that the data into the system is complete and accurate

Support Controller during Month-end Process

Provide administrative support to the local management team

Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience in account payables

Minimum of 2 years of experience

In possession of an accounting diploma

Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
