Adjunct, Director of the Seton Hill University Athletic Bands

Oversee the daily physical operations of the Seton Hill University Marching Band and Basketball Pep Band.

Marching Band Duties and responsibilities include: * Design/coordinate fall marching show.

* Conduct and oversee all music and drill rehearsals during band camp * Conduct and oversee all Marching Band rehearsals during Fall semester * Oversee instrument and uniform inventory * Attend and conduct all Marching Band activities, including home football games (6), band festivals and civic parades * Work in cooperation with the SHU Athletic Director to coordinate halftime performances and activities.

* Participate in 3-5 recruiting activities which promote SHU enrollment and feature the benefits of SHU marching band participation to prospective students and/or music teachers.

Examples may include: clinics with H.S.

Marching bands, festival performances, conference presentations, and other direct contact with music teachers and/or high school music students.

Pep Band Duties and responsibilities include: * Organize Pep Band music * Conduct and oversee all music rehearsals.

* Oversee instrument and uniform inventory * Attend and conduct all Pep Band activities, including home basketball games (6) * Work in cooperation with the SHU Athletic Director to coordinate performances and activities.
