Qualifications:
• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Office Administration Degree/Diploma/Equivalent NQF Qualification
Experience:
• Three to five year’s work experience in the same position
• Experience in ERP system SAP/SAGE/PASTEL/QuickBooks

• Document management and control.
• Timesheet review & staff admin matters.
• Prepare petty cash and credit card expenses reconciliations.
• Administer warehousing and stock control.
• Procurement administration.
• Raw material receipt and transporter reconciliations.
• Measure process efficiencies.
• Assist with product costing and budget compilations.
• Capture purchase orders.
• Customer Service Management.
• Monthly sales report.
• Monthly raw materials report.
• General office admin and stationery.
• Back up to Sales and Debtors function.
