Responsibilities:
Perform general assembly on subassemblies utilizing appropriate assembly procedures
Hand crimping wire connectors
Soldering wires, PCBs, and subassemblies
Apply a variety of substances to test samples using a calibrated pipette
Learn and perform basic troubleshooting protocols and rework for non-conforming units
Ability to be flexible and handle priority changes as they occur
Meet expected daily product requirements

Qualifications:
High School or equivalent Trade School education
2 years experience assembling electromechanical devices and subassemblies
Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in the use of hand tools including soldering equipment, screwdrivers, wrenches, pipettes and heat guns
Thorough understanding of workmanship standards and quality control procedures including ESD compliance
Must be results orientated and self-motivated
Permanent
