Overview:
Under the direction of the Director – Food & Beverage, the incumbent plans and supervises the overall outlet
operation, including all related management functions to ensure a positive guest experience. Primarily responsible to
ensure consistency of service through the implementation of policy and procedure, training, certification, recognition,
and discipline of all Beverage Team Members and management.
Responsibilities:
Promote a positive working environment and lead by example
Ensure quality of hospitality, service, and product
Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing, motivation, and supervision of all employees
Responsible for daily financial controls
Assists with the creation, tracking, and execution of strategies for concept and venue improvement
Monitors profit and loss statements to ensure objectives are met, and recommends corrective actions as
required.
• Develop department members’ knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching, corrective
counseling, etc
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Two (2) to four (4) years of food & beverage operations experience or a combination of education and/or work experience
Must be able to analyze Food and Beverage data
Must be able to demonstrate and deliver a high level of service to our guests
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
Has ability to lead and develop a cohesive outlet team
Strong computer skills to include MS word, excel, and Pos Systems
This position will be outdoors and must be able to work in various conditions
