New Life Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager for a client we have near the Chester, PA area.

As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with contractual requirements for incoming orders while effectively managing internal company programs. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, organizing, directing, and tracking all aspects of projects, including technology, deliverables, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience managing military or commercial programs in a manufacturing environment, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and the Microsoft Office suite, strong leadership, communication,

Lean six sigma experience, experience working in AS9100 or ISO9001 environments, and PMP certifications are all pluses.

Job Type: Full-time, 4x10s Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM
