Due to the growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for quality inside forklift operators to join our team!

Responsibilities and duties

Load, unload, pack, and unpack materials.

Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.

Track inventory of incoming and outgoing items.

Identifying damages and reporting quality deficiency or shortages to higher management.

Checking whether the goods to be transported are arranged properly in the vehicles.

Keeping updated activity logs and inventory details.

Complying with the company policies and legal procedures.

Maintaining a safe and secure environment of the facilities.Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as inside forklift operator

Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.

Excellent physical condition and coordination

Valid certification to operate forklifts.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver license

Pay Rate: $18.00 - based on experience.

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday

Work Location: Carlstadt New Jersey (In person)
