Comments/Special Instructions

Roofing at Oxford, is building a new facility, to produce glass mat. This role is for temp to perm (with a potential perm salary of $120,000 (full time potential for 10% bonus at target). Relocation assistance will not be available at this time.I would view these roles as a PE II role as they are temporary and the corporate team would still have the overall responsibility. This should (in theory) have a larger range of applicants as this is the ~3-7 year experience side. However, I would certainly not object to a more experienced person if there were not enough candidates at this level (after a certain timeframe). I don’t remember talking about temp to perm, but with the candidate starting as a contractor, we would be able to evaluate their skillset to determine if they should be moved to permanent regardless of the years of experience.
