Qualifications:

• Active unrestricted Registered Nurse license for Virginia & BLS certification.• 3-5 years of Occupational Health Experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Client Spruance site in North Chesterfield, VA.• Knowledge and proficiency with EMRs (Electronic Medical Records). Experience with Cority a plus.• Proficient at Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point• Active CAOHC (Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation) certification for hearing conservation or willing to obtain.• NIOSH spirometry certification or willing to obtain.• Non-DOT Breath alcohol and UDS certification or willing to obtain.this is an ONSITE ROLE

Responsibilities:

Clinical experience with health and medical care services may include assessing, examination, and treatment. Follow standing orders and perform clinical lab testing as appropriate.With appropriate training and certification, performs routine surveillance screening/tests, to include but not limited to:o Treatment & case management of occupational illness & injuries Understanding of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) recordabilityo Provide general guidance for non-occupational illness & injurieso Substance Abuse Testingo Respirator fit testso Spirometryo Audiogramo Vision screening Phlebotomy and collection of other lab specimenso Performs EKGs (as applicable)o Administer vaccines as applicable • Provide case management services for disability and work-related cases.• Work in collaboration with supervising provider and perform tasks as designated.• Collaborate with and communicate effectively with site EH&S Manager, Area Managers, and First Line Supervisors as needed.• Provide after-hours clinical support via on-call service. This may include reporting to the site during off hours for injury case management.• Provide preventative health, wellness, and Employee Assistance Program guidance and support.• Support training initiatives as they relate to Site Emergency Response Teams and health & wellness initiatives
