Description:

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain databases to support business operations and application development.

- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code in various programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and implement database and software solutions.

- Support the ERP software, including configuring modules, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.

- Write reports using SQL, Crystal Reports, Telerik or other reporting tools to extract and analyze data for business insights.

- Work help desk tickets, providing timely resolutions and exceptional customer service.

- Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and database tuning.

- Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.

- Troubleshoot and resolve database and software issues in a timely manner.

- Document database schemas, software architectures, and development processes.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in database management and software development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related field.

- End user-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

- Expert IT skills and advanced knowledge of operating systems.

- Strong Typing Skills

- Strong aptitude for math and analytical problem-solving skills.

- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, SQL, C#, and HTML.

- Aptitude for learning new technology and adapting to changing environments.

- Deadline-driven with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Good visual acuity and color vision.

- Ability to walk, stand, bend, or reach for extended periods (up to 12 hours).

- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

- Flexibility to work on any shift (day or night/12-hour shifts) as required.

- Must be able to adhere to stringent security and safety rules
