Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible in organizing and updating of employee’s 201 files. Ensure that former employee’s files are maintained according to law.
2. Responsible for the pooling of applicants needed as per qualifications needed by the requesting Department. Identifying and communicate with potential candidates, conducts initial interview, perform employment verification and background checks.
3. Ensures that all requirements needed by a newly hired employee are complete and authentic.
4. Responsible for the orientation of Company Rules, Regulation and Policies to the newly hired employees and coordination with the QA Dept., Good Manufacturing Practices orientation and to the Safety Officer on Safety and Health Rules Orientation.
5. Responsible in issuance of Disciplinary Notices and Actions according to the Company rules and regulation and the Philippine Labor Code.
6. Assist in the ISO documentations and audit of HR/Admin Department.
7. To perform other task as may be required by Superiors.
8. To take over HR/Admin Manager task in case of absence/leave as directed.
9. To follow and uphold all Company Rules and Regulation, Environment, Health and Safety Procedures and the company’s Food Safety & Quality Policy.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
· With 2-3years experience as a HR Officer and all facet in HR Department
· With knowledge and understanding of labor laws, rules & regulations, and best practices
· Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
· Flexible, hardworking, with good attitude and attendance
· Computer literate
· Willing to learn and train
· Willing to relocate in Trece Martires Cavite or a nearby place
