Overview:
The HR Officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from recruitment and
onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Job Summary:
● Monitor and oversee the recruitment tasks of the assigned Talent Acquisition
member.
● Collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure
timely filing of vacancies.
● Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
● Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns.
● Mediate and resolve conflicts within the workplace.
● Monitor employee morale and engagement, implementing initiatives to
enhance the work environment.
● Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
● Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and standards to ensure
compliance for both company and local regulations.
● Generate reports on HR metrics for management review.
● Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
● Monitors the employee benefits programs, including health insurance,
government mandated benefits, and among others.
● Familiar in the execution of Government Benefits (SSS, PHIC, and HDMF).
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Strong organizational and time-management abilities
● Ability to lead the team
● Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
