Execute sales strategies of territory to ensure attainment of sales targets.
Create brand awareness for company product and keep abreast of market developments and recommend appropriate actions to enable the company to adjust and react to such developments ahead of the competitors
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
Develop and maintain a good relationship with current and potential client, with a strong motivation to pursue new opportunities in the range of products
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
Identify and resolve client concerns
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
Conduct and closely monitor necessary product trials including timely preparation of trial reports
Assist distributions in booking dealers, big land owners and cooperatives.
Ensure stock availability in dealers storage at all times
Coordinate delivery schedules of products and services
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
Submit necessary territory performance reports including activities, closings, followup and adherence to goals on time.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor in Science in Agriculture; preferably major in Soil/Crop Science or
2. Atleast 2 years sales and marketing experience;
3. Has an active driver's license with restriction code 1,2 and knows how to drive 4-wheels:
4. Familiar in Socksargen or Bukidnon Area;
5. Can work with less supervision
