JOB ROLE
Manages all costs relating to building and Civil Engineering projects, from the initial to final calculation
Reviews construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
Scrutinizes maintenance and materials cost, as well contracts to ensure the best deals
Prepares reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Documents any changes in design and updating budgets.
Establishes and maintains professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Licensed in CIVIL Engineering
With relevant experience in the same industry
Must expertise with Contracts Management and Construction Cost
