The main responsibility of GSA is to check-in and check-out guests. Responsible in verifying and monitoring guests’ registration information and take any further information required such as identification and period of stay and take cash or process credit cards.
Attends and completes the guests’ registration process based on hotel policies, rules and regulations, facilities and activities.
Coordinates with room reservations for assignment of rooms to guests and according to arrangements made.
Issue room keys/card and escort instructions to bellhops; and record issuance and return of vehicle keys.
Must be a graduate of BS Hospitality Management or any other equivalent course.
Customer-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer Proficiency
Great attention to details/ information and accuracy in performance.
Must be a graduate of Tourism Management or any 4-year business related course.
