Complete the Interior Design deliverables using the provided software to enable clients to visualize and approve the design.
Conducts Ocular and Site inspection to gather the precise measurements.
Collaborate and coordinate with Clients.
Collaborate and coordinate with the partner contractor & supplier.
Provide interior styling improvements on every turned over projects ready for documentation of the Creatives Team.
Prepare, monitor and report pertinent documents and important tasks
Participate actively for Design Lab and Design Challenges
Support the Division Head to consistently produce and innovate unique, creative and functional designs that exceed clients' expectations.
Coordinate and collaborate with Freelance Jr. Architects who will compile the plans needed for the construction
Develop out of the box design concepts and mad ideas
Planning and strategizing by collaborating and assisting the
Division Head by addressing all the Division concerns and improvement plan
Qualifications:
Must possess BS Interior Design
Fresh Graduate or with experience of 1-2 years
Proficiency in SketchUp, VRay, Enscape, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Photoshop
Great Visualization and familiarity with Furniture
Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
Able to travel for ocular inspections, site visits and clients meetings.
Able to work under pressure and a tight schedule.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Site Visits and coordination to ensure the design elements.
Portfolio of accomplished projects showcasing skills.
HIghly Motivated with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
Desire to grow within a team environment.
Preferably residing in NCR or Sub Urban Areas
Amenable to work onsite (Congressional Ave., QC)
